Sections in the Score Card report
1. Header - General information about the test is shown here.
2. Results - Test results are shown here. If a question was answered correctly a + is shown next to the question number. If a question was answered incorrectly the correct answer is shown. Additionally incorrect answers are shown in italic bold font.
