Contacting Support

To send an email requesting support select Contact Support from the Help menu.

You'll need to enter your email address and select Support Request before clicking OK.

If you would like to include an attachment click the ... button and select the file you wish to attach.

Your email address will ONLY be used to contact you about this support incident. When you submit a request for support the following information will be included with the request:

  • Email Address (Will ONLY be used to resolve the problem)
  • Text you enter in the Additional Information box
  • Operating System Information
  • Scanner Serial Number
  • DataLink User ID
  • Scanner usage information including the number of forms scanned
  • Scanner Settings
  • A debug log

If the submission is the result of a crash a stack trace will be included in the submission.
